Lisa – head stylist, director
Lisa arrived in London in 2003 after training in Berlin and winning a number of hairdressing competitions. She was headhunted to work in a salon in Camden Town and knew immediately that London – the 'world capital of hairdressing' – was where she wanted to set up her own business.
Her dream became a reality when in 2009, Lisa Hauck Hair and Make Up was founded in Primrose Hill. Lisa's passion for hairdressing and fascination with colour began when she dyed her hair green at the tender age of 12. She's come a long way since then, sweeping the boards at national hairdresser competitions and building a clientele of celebrities, clients from all corners of the world and the neighbourhood of London's Steeles Village alike.
Lisa is a highly skilled professional, always striving for knowledge, with an intuitive eye and ear for her clients, achieving a personalised look tailored to the individual.
She is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays – but please email or call for appointments as Lisa’s availability via online booking is very limited.
SABINE – receptionist and salon co-ordinator
Accompanied by her 9kg budget airline hand luggage, Sabine arrived in London in the summer of 2009 on a flying visit to Lisa, her daughter, which fortuitously coincided with the lease for Lisa's salon being signed. It turned out a receptionist would be needed – a post that Sabine was perfect to fill.
And here she is: a former librarian and family-manager becoming a receptionist, shampooist, baker, cleaner and "Girl Friday" (nowadays called "salon co-ordinator on demand").
Sabine brings her own special brand of charm to Lisa Hauck Hair & Beauty. Loved by all clients, Sabine welcomes in each and everyone with a smile, a greeting and the offer of one of her delicious homemade pastries, which have become the stuff of legend. Some might say they only come here for her cakes!
Felicia – receptionist and salon support
Felicia has been a client of Lisa Hauck Hair & Beauty for nine years since its opening in Primrose Hill and has always appreciated her hair treatment experience and the overall ethos of the salon.
When the opportunity for a new receptionist became available in 2019, she jumped on the chance to be a member of the team. Felicia's background is in biology, so being here at the salon is an enjoyable new experience and a wonderful work environment to be a part of.
Jonathan – Senior stylist
Jonathan joined Lisa Hauck Hair and Beauty in 2014 and hit the ground running; he’s won first prize in the National Hairdressers Federation’s Britain’s Best competition for consumer fashion blow dry and was one of only four finalists in the UK competing for the 'Step Up & Shine' scholarship.
He has since completed various colour and styling courses with both Schwarzkopf and Kevin Murphy, including the Kevin Murphy Session Salon in 2018, a program that closes the gap between salon hairdressing and session styling.
Jonathan has a penchant for freehand colouring techniques like balayage and 'lived in' blonde looks and in addition to working at Lisa Hauck Hair and Beauty, Jonathan is also a session stylist, working on projects in the music and fashion industries.
He is available Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Daniela – Senior STYLIST
In 2002, Daniela moved from a small town in Northern Italy to London and decided to follow her true calling – hairdressing – in 2007. After achieving her National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), she pursued this passion working at a trendy salon in London’s East End.
Always keen on developing her skills, she qualified as Hair Designer and Colour Technician specialising in colour correction and bleach techniques at award-winning salon group Headmaster and later expanded her horizons further, working in a popular salon in the heart of Camden Town.
Daniela joined Lisa Hauck Hair & Beauty in 2021. Permanently passionate about her craft, she finds the most joy in transforming clients with beautiful colour or simply putting a smile on their face with a fresh haircut.
She is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
WALTER – STYLIST
Walter is originally from Poland, where he studied to become a pastry chef, before moving to the UK in 2007. He has always been interested in hair styling and, after colouring his friends’ and family’s hair, his mind was made up to become a hairdresser.
Since having finalised his training at the Joshua Galvin Academy and City & Guilds, he worked in various London salons and most notably as backstage stylist for the Miss Continental UK fashion show. In 2019, he completed the Kevin Murphy Session Salon program. Hair is his ultimate passion and he loves making others look and feel great. He particularly enjoys precision cutting, but of course has, like the rest of the team, the skill set to offer all salon services. You will be looked after with great care and skill!
He is available Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
